capSpire Excited to Sponsor at Allegro User Group Event

Networking with capSpire

The month of October offers several opportunities to network with capSpire.  We look forward to seeing Allegro customers at the User Group meeting this month, and will also be hosting a webinar devoted to the topic of upgrades.  Tulsa residents can visit us at the Oktoberfest Corporate Night Event. capSpire is pleased to sponsor a happy hour for Allegro users attending their group meeting in Oklahoma City on October 10th.

As an Allegro partner, we believe their demonstrated commitment to fostering collaboration between users is a big part of their enduring success navigating the shifting landscape of commodity trading.  The Allegro User Group meetings offer the opportunity for  the company to solicit detailed feedback and suggestions from their customer base, and to bring customers together in a manner that allows them to share ideas.

The conference will be hosted by Devon Energy, in their corporate headquarters, and will include 120 participants representing Allegro customers.  In addition to the user focus groups, there will be some breakout sessions devoted to topics selected in the interest of helping participants optimize their company’s use of the system.  capSpire will be contributing to discussions on Connect, Upgrades, and Petrochemicals.

Our Allegro Upgrade webinar, scheduled for November 2nd, at 11am CDT,  explores the reasons why you should upgrade, and provides some suggestions that will help you gauge and prepare for the benefits and challenges you will face during the project.

Larry Loocke will be on point to share the benefits of his experience consulting on several significant upgrades in recent years. A well planned and executed project can help you leverage your system to reduce manual effort, increase the useful and transformative reporting opportunities available, and help you move up data dependent deadlines, like accounting close.  He will address the most frequently asked questions, and will take participant questions as time permits.

Tulsa’s Oktoberfest has been recognized as one of the 2016 top ten by both Conde Nast Traveler magazine and USA Today.  Orbitz has named the event as one of the five largest in the country.  capSpire’s Tulsa employees will be in attendance during the private corporate preview night, on October 18th from 5 pm to 11 pm.  We look forward to seeing you at River West Park to kick off this celebration of Bavarian food, culture, and customs.
