Refined Products Supplier Leverages New
Software Enhancements to Improve Operations

A large provider of midstream services for the refined-products industry, and a leading distributor of motor fuels, faced two options: performing a strict upgrade of its existing RightAngle system or re-implementing a new database to run RightAngle s15. At capSpire’s recommendation, the client chose the latter option, having recognized the value in investing more time and resources on an initiative that would have an immediate and long-term impact on operations. Upgrading to RightAngle s15, which offers enhanced functionality and more features than their current s9, streamlined business processes, and improved system performance and efficiency.

capSpire also created several interfaces with third-party systems and introduced more opportunities for automation, including a unique T4 interface, all of which further improved alignment between RightAngle and business needs. Additionally, capSpire cleansed the system of more than a decade of irrelevant and inactive data. With only a small team and in just over one year, capSpire completed the full project.
