What started in February 2009 as a small start-up with a niche for creating innovative solutions to streamline commodity management functions has grown into a global, strategically expanding company. This month, capSpire marks its fifth anniversary by extending gratitude to its trusting clients and hard-working employees.
“It’s hard to believe that it has been five years since we started capSpire,” says co-founder Mike Scharf, “Since day one, capSpire has stayed true to our core promise to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients that share passion for problem solving and innovation. I believe this focus continues to drive our growth and fuel our dedication to provide our clients with great service and products. We want to thank our customers for partnering with us to make their critical projects a success.”

capSpire ranked on Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 list of fastest growing private companies in 2013 and was recognized as the 33rd fastest growing private company in the energy industry. Along with an increased diversity in offerings the firm has been steadily expanding globally in order to better address increasing demand for its services and innovative products. Even though capSpire has experienced steady, strategic growth, the firm has been able to maintain a corporate culture that has earned it back-to-back Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility.
The firm currently has growing office locations in Fayetteville, Arkansas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Dublin, Ireland. Future plans include opening an additional international office and one more location within the United States.
Coupled with stable relationships with clients, capSpire’s leadership attributes its strategic expansion to the firm’s talented team.
capSpire’s five years of steady growth would not be possible without our dedicated, tireless team. Skills can be taught, but a positive attitude and passion for innovation is hard to find. Our all-star team of highly-skilled, smart, and committed employees helps capSpire continually stand out from our competitors and we know they are a driving force behind the firm’s success,” says capSpire co-founder Jeff Hardcastle.
capSpire leadership team looks forward to future years of strategic growth, fueled by a dedication to make clients projects successful and partnering with additional companies that value innovative solutions.
