  • You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
  • We use marketing automation technologies, Act-on and Zoho, for personalization and marketing initiatives within capSpire. We and our third-party vendors use cookies for monitoring browsing information and they allow us to collect Personal Information through forms and landing pages. 

Email Communications

Periodically we may wish to Communicate with you to inform you about upcoming events, webinars, or other content that may be of interest to you. We may use your personal information to personalize the content contained within these Communications. Every marketing email from capSpire contains a one-click process on how to opt out of receiving further emails from us.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control.  The Federal Trade Commission, the United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
