capSpire Celebrates 15 Years

This year, the capSpire team is thrilled to celebrate our company’s 15th anniversary. As we mark this milestone, our team reflects on how far we’ve come since the company’s founding in 2009, honoring what has enabled our success, and eagerly anticipating a bright future over the next 15 years.

Once a small consultancy operating out of a single office in Fayetteville, Arkansas, capSpire is today a global powerhouse with many major vendor partnerships, multiple proprietary solutions, and 9 offices spanning 4 continents. Our roster includes more than 270 team members and numerous Fortune 1000 clients throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

“What makes us different from other consultancies and what has served us well on our 15-year journey? It really comes down to three things: our unique culture that respects the individual, pursuit of the ‘raving fan’ client experience and a will to win attitude that makes clients and capSpire succeed,’” said Jim Kiser, capSpire Global Chief Executive Officer. “Of course, companies evolve over time by expanding their service offerings and scaling up. However, staying true to the foundation and compass of our business has allowed us to grow quickly around the world by word-of-mouth alone and forge valued, long-term client relationships based on repeat business.”

When capSpire first entered the consulting space, commodities-focused businesses had struggled with a common challenge: working with consultants to implement and support large-scale commodity and trade management (CTRM) systems was often a frustrating, negative experience.

Indeed, capSpire has forged lasting relationships through multiple repeat engagements and numerous clients have partnered with us for the entirety of our 15 years.

As for the capSpire culture, we focus on intentionally building a team of people who enjoy collaboration with others to solve problems, are driven by curiosity and a desire to innovate, and want to take charge of their career and take ownership of their work. We seek people who are natural helpers and customer service-oriented, not “me first” personalities.

We hire with great intention to find the smartest talent and the right cultural fit, but once we do, we are committed to getting out of our peoples’ way and letting them do their jobs. Additionally, we will continue to invest in processes and technologies that enable us to maintain world-class product and service offerings and provide unparalleled support to our large, global clients.
