capSpire Earns Great Place to Work Certification® in Four Countries and Three Continents

Tulsa, Okla. – November 29, 2023 – capSpire has received the prestigious Great Place to Work Certification in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and India by Great Place to Work®, the global authority in helping organizations achieve a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains talent.

To earn this designation, capSpire scored above 90% on all categories within the Trust Index Survey, earning high scores around employees’ trust in team members and management, perceptions of fair treatment, a sense that everyone looks out for each other, ability to influence others and the organization, level of pride in the organization, and willingness to recommend the organization to others. More than 90% of capSpire’s workforce completed the survey anonymously.

The Trust Index Survey is an integral part of The Great Place to Work Trust Model, the world’s most rigorous, data-based model for quantifying the employee experience. This model surveys employees about their level of trust in management and colleagues—as decades of research have identified trust as the top contributor to a great workplace—among other critical workplace qualities. Organizations must score at least 65% on the Trust Index Survey to earn the Great Place to Work Certification.
