Firm Recognized as One of the Top Effective and Flexible Workplaces in the Nation
FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas; TULSA, Oklahoma; HOUSTON, Texas (PRWEB) September 11, 2013
Enthusiastic, motivated employees are the driving force behind a company’s success.
Workplace flexibility, coupled with learning opportunities and superior support for job success, powerfully impacts employee engagement and motivation. capSpire, a global consulting and solutions company, announces the firm has been awarded the prestigious 2013 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility. This marks back-to-back wins for capSpire; the company received the Alfred P. Sloan Award in 2012. The award annually recognizes the country’s most flexible, creative workplace environments that allow employees to balance career and family life.
“capSpire is excited and honored to be a back-to-back Alfred P. Sloan award recipient. We believe using flexibility and creativity as a workplace strategy – increases the success of our individual employees, our collective team, our clients, and ultimately, our business. capSpire increased our employee total by forty percent in the first half of 2013 and was recently named the fastest growing private company in Arkansas by Inc. Magazine. Winning the Alfred P. Sloan Award for two consecutive years reaffirms our mission to maintain a unique workplace culture as capSpire grows and expands,” says capSpire co-founder Jeff Hardcastle.

The Alfred P. Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility recognizes only three hundred premier employers on a national level for policies, programs, and culture that create a flexible workplace. All award recipients are evaluated in a rigorous two-step process. Employers’ flexibility practices are compared with national norms from Families and Work Institute’s National Study of Employers. Employees are also confidentially surveyed on their access to flexible work options, the supportiveness of the culture and on nationally tested measures of workplace effectiveness. Only three hundred extraordinary companies across the country win the award.
“What makes us a little bit different as a company is our focus on growing our employees’ skills. We expect our team to learn something new everyday and embrace new challenges. A person becoming stagnant in their career growth is not acceptable to us. Whether it’s tackling a tough client problem or helping us incubate new and innovative offerings, it’s the pursuit of challenges that drives us,” Hardcastle says.
capSpire continues to add to its growing team and is actively recruiting both senior level and college talent. Candidates looking for a challenging career with excellent growth potential are urged to apply.
